Application Forms for Registration for Professional Soil Classifier

There are a number of options with the online fill-in forms depending on the type of software you have. If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader software (free download at: http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/ ), you may save and/or print the blank forms for hand completion and hardcopy submission via snail-mail to the Board’s mailing address: North Dakota Board of Registration for Professional Soil Classifiers, P.O. Box 5638 University Station, Fargo, ND 58105. With older versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader you can fill in the forms but the completed form often cannot be saved to a pdf- file. However, the completed form can be printed out and submitted via snail-mail. Some of the newer versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader will allow you to either save the filled in form or export the fill-in data to a file. That file can be submitted to the Board via e-mail mike.ulmer@msn.com. Aany version of Adobe Acrobat (not Reader) should allow you to fill in the on-line form and save it as a pdf-file. The on-line forms are set up for automatic submission to the Board via e-mail. However, there is no guarantee that the submission will work with all computer-software combinations. Just because the program allows you to submit, does not necessarily mean that the application was sent and recieved. Your should always save your online work in some format. Also, after you have made an online submission, you should follow that up with an e-mail message to the Board. If you have further questions please contact us.
